How It Works (Personal Response Systems)

1. Simply push the button to speak to the Care Center.

In the event of an accident simply push the button on your wrist or around your neck.

2. Wait for the Care Center Representative to speak over the base unit or pendant.

“Mary, this is the Care Center, is everything alright? How can we help you today?

3. Speak over the base unit and let the Care Center know that you’re ok or that you need help.

“Thank you for your quick response. I slipped in the kitchen while making supper and my husband isn’t home. Can you call my daughter to help me up?”
